Post Graduate Diploma Course (PGDC) in Thermal Power Plant Engineering- one year Full time Course is running since 1996 in NPTI (ER), Durgapur along with other Institutes. Every year this course starts in August and admission to PGDC program is open for  B.Tech /B.E. or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation selected through Common Entrance Test (CET)for which the advertisement appears in leading National Newspapers/ Employement News in the month of March/April.
